STYLNN Products: If you are not satisfied with our products, you have a 30 Days Free Return on any items listed on our site. 

Custom Furniture: We will not accept any returns on fully custom goods. 

Clearance Items: We will not accept any returns on clearance items.

Products Over $8,000: There will be a 20% restocking fee if your product is above $8,000. 
  

Damages

Please notify us within ASAP If you encounter any of the following damages. 

We package all of our products in triple layer packaging, but in an unforeseeable event that your package is damaged, these are the steps you should take.  

Major Damages (Damaged Due To Freight Travel): When accepting your furniture please be sure to inspect the goods prior to signing off on them, if there are any damages to the box prior to signing please take a photo and send to Damaged@Stylnn.com and do not accept product. 

Minor Damages (Not Damaged From Freight Travel): Take a photo of the damaged area right away, accept the product and email us at Damaged@Stylnn.com we will have local experts to replace or repair any damages. (Minor Damages: Broken leg, torn dust cover, or fabric tare)  

 

Hawaii and Alaska Returns

These two states are the only states that customer must pay full shipping cost at any time when returning any items. (15 Day Free Return) Does Not Apply to Customers from Hawaii and Alaska.

 Furniture Does Not Fit

 

Please make sure to measure
prior to ordering. Measure doors,
stairs, elevators etc. In the event
that your furniture does not fit,

Return Policy

Our products speak for themselves they are handcrafted and made to last and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund less the cost of return shipping. All items must be unused and in their original condition and must be shipped back in its original box and packaging. 

Note: We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. 

In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
