Standard STYLNN® Products: We offer 30‑Day Free Returns on eligible purchases made directly from our site.
- Custom Furniture: Because each piece is made to order, fully custom furniture is non‑returnable.
- Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Orders Over $8,000: Returns on products over $8,000 are subject to a 20 % restocking fee.
- Hawaii & Alaska Orders: Customers may return items, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The 30‑Day Free Return policy does not apply to these states.
Damages
All products are packaged in triple‑layer protective packaging. In the rare event of damage, follow these steps:

Furniture Fit Policy
Please measure carefully before placing your order — including doorways, staircases, hallways, and elevators. If furniture does not fit upon delivery:
- You may return it at the customer’s expense.
- A 20 % restocking fee will apply.
Return Requirements
