How long will my order take to arrive?

Each STYLNN® piece is made to order. Standard production time is 2–4 weeks, followed by white-glove delivery. Lead times may vary depending on fabric selection and location.

Do you offer custom sizes or configurations?

Yes. Most of our collections can be tailored to your space — including custom dimensions, fabrics, and finishes. Our design team will guide you through the process to ensure a perfect fit.

Where is STYLNN® furniture made?

All STYLNN® pieces are handcrafted in California using sustainably sourced hardwoods, eco-friendly foams, and premium textiles.

What materials do you use?

Our frames are kiln-dried hardwood, featuring certified organic latex foam, CertiPUR-US Foam, GOTS Certified fabrics, and performance-grade fabrics for lasting comfort and eco-consciousness.

Can I order fabric swatches?

Indeed. Visit THE SWATCH LIBRARY on our main menu to assess color and texture in your home before ordering.

Do you offer white-glove delivery?

Yes. Every STYLNN® order includes white-glove delivery — our team will bring your furniture inside, assemble it, and remove all packaging materials.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard items. Custom and made-to-order pieces may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see our Return & Damage Policy for full details.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 72 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and changes may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, STYLNN® ships within the continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders, please contact info@stylnn.com for a custom quote.

How should I care for my furniture?

We recommend vacuuming upholstery regularly with a soft brush attachment and blotting spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or steam cleaning unless specified by your care label.

Do you offer trade or designer programs?

What warranty do you provide?
